Jennifer (“Jen”) Schwab is a senior associate attorney at Baker Law Group, PLLC. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law, Real Estate, Cannabis Law, and Psilocybin Law.

Jen’s legal journey began as a law clerk for the Honorable Todd Vriesman in Jefferson County District Court in Golden, Colorado. This role sparked her interest in civil and probate law, which she further developed over the years. Her legal career has seen her excel in diverse areas such as business law, probate, estate planning, cannabis law, and psilocybin law. She has honed her skills in these fields through her work as an attorney at a small law firm, as corporate in-house counsel, and as the owner of her own firm.

Before embarking on her legal career, Jen was a successful commercial interior designer and later ventured into the restaurant business in Denver. These experiences, which she now brings to her legal practice, have equipped her with a unique understanding of the day-to-day and overarching challenges that business owners often encounter.

Jen received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Memberships include the Colorado Bar Association, CBA Trusts & Estates Section, CBA Business Law Section, Aurora Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Southeast Denver, and sections relevant to her work in cannabis and psilocybin law.
